Shipping policy
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Please note that during high-volume periods, processing times may take slightly longer.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Estimated delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping option selected at checkout.
- Standard Shipping (3–7 business days) – Rates calculated at checkout.
- Express Shipping (1–3 business days) – Rates calculated at checkout.
We currently ship only within the United States. International shipping is not yet available.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to become available.
Delays & Carrier Issues
PB&GYM is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier or weather conditions. We will, however, do our best to assist you if your package is delayed.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at contact@pbandgym.com with your order number and details. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue or send a replacement.
PO Boxes & APO/FPO Addresses
We ship to PO boxes and military addresses (APO/FPO) using USPS. Delivery times may vary.
Shipping Holidays
PB&GYM observes U.S. national holidays. Orders placed on these days will be processed on the next business day.
